The Aam Aadmi Party has accused BJP leaders, including MP Rakesh Sinha and Santosh Ojha, of voting in both Delhi and Bihar Assembly elections, violating election norms. AAP presented social media evidence and questioned the integrity of the electoral process, demanding investigation into alleged 'vote theft'.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has raised serious allegations against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claiming that several BJP leaders, including MP Rakesh Sinha, Delhi Purvanchal Morcha President Santosh Ojha, and party worker Nagendra Kumar, cast votes in both the Delhi and Bihar Assembly elections in 2025. AAP Delhi President Saurabh Bharadwaj presented evidence on social media, including posts from Ojha's verified Instagram account, showing he voted in Delhi on February 5 and in Bihar on November 6. Similar claims were made regarding Sinha and Kumar. Bharadwaj questioned how these individuals were able to vote in two states despite the Election Commission's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar, which was meant to prevent duplicate voting. AAP leaders expressed concern over the integrity of the electoral process and urged the public to address what they termed 'vote theft' through democratic means. AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh sarcastically referred to BJP supporters having an 'All India Permit' to vote in multiple states. The allegations have sparked a political storm, with AAP demanding a thorough investigation by the Election Commission.
