The incident was reportedly triggered by a chemical blast, specifically originating from sparks that flew out of a reactor while workers were engaged in loading chemical solvents. Their quick intervention proved crucial, as most of the fire was brought under control even before the arrival of three fire tenders dispatched from Patancheru, Jeedimetla, and Narsapur.
