India achieved three Guinness World Records under the Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan campaign, highlighting its commitment to women's health and family well-being. The campaign saw massive participation, with millions registering for healthcare platforms, breast cancer screenings, and vital signs screenings, demonstrating nationwide dedication to preventive healthcare.
India's Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan campaign has earned three Guinness World Records, showcasing the country's dedication to women's health and family well-being. The campaign, which ran from September 17 to October 2, 2025, witnessed unprecedented public participation and organized numerous health camps across the nation. Key achievements include over 3.21 crore people registering for a healthcare platform in a single month, more than 9.94 lakh women signing up for breast cancer screening online in one week, and over 1.25 lakh people registering for vital signs screening online at the state level within a week. The campaign also conducted millions of hypertension, diabetes, and oral cancer screenings, and involved more than 20 ministries, central government institutes, medical colleges, and private organizations. The initiative focused on improving the health and nutrition of women, adolescent girls, and children, promoting early disease detection, and ensuring access to essential health services. The campaign's success reflects a collective effort combining government systems, digital health innovation, and community participation to build a healthier India.
