JSW MG Motor India has rolled out advanced PM 2.5 air filtration systems across its vehicle portfolio. Models such as the Astor, Gloster, Windsor, Comet, and ZS EV are equipped with PM 2.5 air filters, while the MG Hector features an enhanced air purifier with an integrated Air Quality Index (AQI) display. These systems can trap between 95-99% of harmful particulate matter, including dust, smoke, soot, pollen, and bacteria. The initiative is particularly relevant during India's festive season when air pollution levels surge due to factors like firecrackers and stubble burning. India faces significant air quality challenges, with severe health impacts, making in-cabin air filtration crucial for public health.
