M3M India plans to invest Rs 7,200 crore to develop Gurgaon International City, a 150-acre mixed-use township on Dwarka Expressway Link Road. The project includes data centers, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail spaces, and premium residential zones aiming to attract global tech corporations. The first phase of 50 acres is RERA-approved with 300 plots, expecting a topline of Rs 12,000 crore.

M3M India announced a significant investment of Rs 7,200 crore to develop Gurgaon International City (GIC), a 150-acre integrated township located on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road. This mixed-use urban ecosystem is designed to host data centers, innovation parks, electric vehicle (EV) hubs, retail avenues, and premium residential zones, targeting global technology corporations such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Tesla. The project emphasizes a low-emission, clean industry hub with non-polluting industrial units and advanced manufacturing facilities. The first phase, covering 50 acres and already RERA-approved, features 300 plots. M3M India projects that the township will generate a topline revenue of approximately Rs 12,000 crore. This development aligns with Gurgaon and Manesar’s growing role as a technology and industrial hub offering modern infrastructure and diverse real estate options for industrial, commercial, and residential purposes. M3M India is a recognized real estate developer known for luxury projects in the NCR region, with a substantial portfolio including completed developments and landmarks like the Trump Tower in Gurgaon.
