President Droupadi Murmu's three-day visit to Uttarakhand, scheduled from November 2 to November 4, 2025, includes multiple significant engagements aligned with the state's silver jubilee celebrations. On November 2, she is set to attend the second convocation ceremony of the University of Patanjali in Haridwar. The following day, she will address the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly in Dehradun, marking the 25th anniversary of the state's formation, and also participate in the 125th anniversary celebrations of the Raj Bhavan in Nainital. On November 4, her itinerary includes visiting the Neem Karoli Baba Ashram at Kainchi Dham and presiding over the 20th convocation of Kumaun University in Nainital, where she will also present gold medals to meritorious students. Ahead of her visit, the Uttarakhand police, led by Additional Director General of Police Abhinav Kumar, have reinforced security measures and briefed officers to remain vigilant. The administration declared certain key areas, especially in Dehradun around the President's residence and official venues, as Silent Zones to ensure smooth conduct of events. The visit highlights both cultural and educational milestones while underscoring security protocols for the President's safety.
