President Ilham Aliyev Visits Humix Agrochemical Production Facility in Sabirabad
On October 28, President Ilham Aliyev reviewed the operations of Humix LLC, an agrochemical production facility in Sabirabad Industrial District. The facility, active since 2021, produces organic-mineral, chemical, and granular fertilizers using technologies from Türkiye, China, and local sources, with an annual capacity of 18,000 tons. It supports domestic demand and exports, providing permanent employment for sixteen people. Investments total 1.45 million manats, including a preferential loan from the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund.
President Ilham Aliyev visited the agrochemical production facility owned by Humix LLC located in the Sabirabad Industrial District on October 28, 2025. Humix LLC was granted resident status in the industrial district in 2021. The company produces various fertilizers, including organic-mineral powders, liquid and powder chemical fertilizers, and granular fertilizers. The production employs advanced technologies sourced from Türkiye, China, and local developments, with an annual capacity of 18,000 tons of fertilizer products. These products cater both to domestic agricultural needs and export markets. The facility provides stable employment for sixteen staff members. The total investment in the facility amounts to 1.45 million Azerbaijani manats. To support its operations, the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund, under the Ministry of Economy, allocated a concessional loan of 497,000 manats and issued an investment incentive certificate, demonstrating government support for enhancing agrochemical production capacity in the Sabirabad region. This expansion aligns with Azerbaijan’s broader economic development strategies and efforts to increase local manufacturing and export capabilities in the agricultural sector.
