Qualcomm India has leased 2.56 lakh sq ft of office space in the Bagmane Constellation Business Park in Bengaluru for five years, with a total rental value of ₹184 crore. This expansion reflects strong demand for large tech office spaces in Bangalore, a key technology hub in India, known for its connectivity and tech ecosystem.
Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd has entered into a five-year lease agreement for 2.56 lakh square feet of office space at Bagmane Constellation Business Park in Bengaluru, a prominent Grade A commercial property. The lease covers multiple floors of the Virgo Tower and involves a total rent of ₹184 crore, with a monthly rent of approximately ₹2.89 crore and a security deposit of ₹5 crore. The contract includes a 15% rent escalation every three years, typical for long-term leases in the area. Bagmane Constellation Business Park is a preferred location for multinational tech companies due to its state-of-the-art facilities, sustainability features, and strategic location within Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road corridor. This lease underscores Bengaluru's continued attractiveness for global technology firms, supported by its strong talent pool and robust IT infrastructure. Other major occupants of the park include Amazon, Google, Samsung, and Deloitte, highlighting the area’s significance as a major tech ecosystem.
