SRF Limited Reports Strong Q3FY26 & 9M FY26 Financial Performance
SRF Limited announced robust financial results for Q3FY26 and the first nine months of FY26. Consolidated revenue grew 6% to Rs. 3,713 crore in Q3, with Profit after Tax (PAT) soaring 60% to Rs. 433 crore. The Chemicals Business was a key growth driver, while some other segments faced challenges. The company approved a new pharma intermediates plant and recognized an additional Rs. 73 crore employee benefit liability. Chairman Ashish Bharat Ram expressed cautious optimism for the future.
SRF Limited, a multi-business entity focused on chemicals, has reported significant financial growth for the third quarter and first nine months ended December 31, 2025. In Q3FY26, the company's consolidated revenue increased 6% to Rs. 3,713 crore compared to the Corresponding Period Last Year (CPLY). Earnings before Interest and Tax (EBIT) rose 23% to Rs. 653 crore, and Profit after Tax (PAT) saw a substantial 60% increase, reaching Rs. 433 crore. Chairman and Managing Director, Ashish Bharat Ram, acknowledged the quarter's strong performance, attributing it to reasonable revenue growth and an improved bottom line despite a volatile market. The Chemicals Business was a standout performer, with segment revenue climbing 22% to Rs. 1,825 crore and operating profit increasing 36%, driven by strong fluorochemicals performance. Conversely, the Specialty Chemicals Business experienced muted results. The Performance Films & Foil Business saw a 3% decline in revenue but a 5% rise in operating profit. The Technical Textiles Business reported an 11% revenue drop and a 24% decrease in operating profit due to market pressures. The Other Businesses also registered a 9% revenue decline. For the first nine months of FY26, SRF's revenue increased 8% to Rs. 11,171 crore, and PAT surged 73% to Rs. 1,253 crore. The company's board also approved an investment of Rs. 180 crore for a new pharma intermediates plant at Dahej and recognized an additional Rs. 73 crore gratuity and leave liability due to new Labour Codes. SRF currently holds 153 global patents, and its Chairman Emeritus, Arun Bharat Ram, was honored with a 'Lifetime Achievement Award'.
