Stratasys has launched the iAM Marketplace, a hardware-agnostic platform for polymer additive manufacturing materials, services, and products. The platform unites expertise from iSQUARED, Forward AM, and Nexa3D, offering certified materials and solutions for diverse manufacturing needs. It debuted at Formnext 2025 and aims to simplify procurement, expand material choice, and strengthen supply chain resilience for the entire AM industry.

Stratasys has introduced the iAM Marketplace, an independent, hardware-agnostic platform designed to centralize access to polymer additive manufacturing materials, engineering services, and products. The marketplace integrates the expertise and assets of iSQUARED, Forward AM, and Nexa3D, providing manufacturers with a broad selection of certified materials and solutions compatible with multiple hardware systems. The platform officially debuted at Formnext 2025 in Frankfurt, Germany, with a launch event at the Stratasys booth. This marks a strategic shift for Stratasys, expanding its reach beyond proprietary systems to serve the entire polymer AM industry. The iAM Marketplace aims to simplify procurement, lower entry barriers, and foster collaboration across the supply chain. It offers both high-performance materials for Stratasys systems and a wider range of open materials for the broader AM ecosystem. The launch follows recent acquisitions by Stratasys, including assets from Nexa3D and Forward AM, which have enhanced its resin-based and high-speed printing capabilities and expanded its portfolio of advanced materials. The platform also features a certified pre-owned marketplace for 3D printers and access to custom materials development and testing services. Stratasys continues to engage in legal proceedings with Bambu Lab, reflecting the competitive nature of the polymer AM market. The iAM Marketplace is positioned to accelerate the adoption of additive manufacturing as a core manufacturing capability and support more agile and robust supply chains worldwide.
