At booth #1866, the company will highlight a broad portfolio of functional polymers, effect pigments, and digital tools. Sun Chemical is set to unveil its cutting-edge advancements in coatings technology at the American Coatings Show 2026, held in Indianapolis from May 5–7. The company's display at booth #1866 will feature a comprehensive array of functional polymers, sophisticated effect pigments, and innovative digital tools, all aimed at fostering high-performance, sustainable, and future-ready coating solutions.Among the functional polymers, visitors can explore low monomer polyisocyanates that extend pot life for polyaspartic systems while maintaining mechanical integrity, alongside high-performance polyurethane dispersions tailored for rigorous flooring, textile, and artificial leather applications. Noteworthy introductions include Ceranate™ hybrid acrylic siloxane technologies for superior outdoor durability and Hydran™ GP high solid PU dispersions, which offer exceptional performance without the need for amines.In color materials, Sun Chemical will showcase the new Glacier™ Exterior Ceramic White S1303M, providing an intensely pure white with a satin effect, based on transparent synthetic mica. The latest Paliocrom® aluminum effects, particularly the bluish-red Paliocrom® Sparkling Crimson L 4050, are highlighted for automotive and industrial coatings. Other pigment innovations include Fanchon® Orange 36 for lead-free applications, Sunbrite® Red 177, a high-performance transparent anthraquinone for two-wheeler coatings, and the Cinquasia® and Paliogen® families, including Paliogen® Maroon L 3836, for demanding red pigment needs. The Heliogen® brand of blue and green Phthalocyanine pigments will also be featured for its purity and regulatory compliance.
