Sungrow Unveils Advanced Solar and Energy Storage Solutions at REI Expo 2025 to Support India's Energy Transition

At REI Expo 2025 in New Delhi, Sungrow introduced innovative solar and energy storage products tailored for the Indian market, including the PowerStack 255CS BESS for commercial/industrial use, the MG5/6RL inverter with MGL060 battery for residential applications, and the efficient 2.5 kW Microinverter S2500S-L. Since 2014, Sungrow has partnered with Indian power firms to foster sustainable energy growth.

Sungrow, a global leader in photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems, showcased a new range of cutting-edge energy solutions at the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025. The lineup features the PowerStack 255CS liquid-cooled battery energy storage system (BESS) designed for commercial and industrial sectors, offering 257 kWh capacity with 314 Ah battery cells in a two-hour system, supporting industrial decarbonization. Additionally, Sungrow launched residential solutions comprising the MG5/6RL hybrid inverter paired with the MGL060 battery to address India's rising urban energy needs and escalating costs. The company also presented the high-efficiency 2.5 kW Microinverter S2500S-L, featuring four independent maximum power point trackers (MPPTs) for improved reliability in residential applications. Sungrow, which began operations in India in 2014, has since established strong multi-gigawatt collaborations with leading Indian power companies to advance innovation, localization, and sustainable energy development.
