Techno Paints & Chemicals has appointed cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar as its brand ambassador for three years, succeeding Mahesh Babu. The company aims for significant growth, planning an IPO in 2026-27 to raise ₹500 crore. With a projected revenue of ₹450 crore this year, targeting ₹2,000 crore by 2029-30, Techno Paints is expanding its domestic market presence across various Indian states and plans international entry into the Middle East.

Techno Paints & Chemicals officially announced Sachin Tendulkar as its brand ambassador for a three-year term, effective January 10, 2026. This strategic move follows the tenure of film actor Mahesh Babu, who served from 2023-25. Akuri Srinivas Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director, expressed the company's excitement for the partnership, anticipating substantial growth, including an upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO). The Hyderabad-based company is targeting an IPO in 2026-27 to raise approximately ₹500 crore. Financially, Techno Paints reported a revenue of ₹210 crore in 2024-25, expects ₹450 crore in the current fiscal year, and aims for an ambitious ₹2,000 crore turnover by 2029-30. The company specializes in manufacturing a diverse range of decorative, industrial, and specialty paints, alongside special texture finishes and construction chemicals, offering over 3,000 paint shades. It boasts its own research and development center in Hyderabad and a modern manufacturing plant at Pashamylaram. Currently operating in key Indian states like Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Odisha, and Chandigarh, Techno Paints has aggressive expansion plans. It intends to penetrate additional states such as Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, West Bengal, and Uttar Pradesh by the end of this year, with an eye on international expansion into the Middle East market by 2026-27.
