TimeKrishna, India’s first AI-native social media platform, is preparing for its IPO in 2026. The company has relocated its AI and technology operations to Visakhapatnam to leverage the city’s growing status as a digital innovation hub. Built by Tech Raid Inc., TimeKrishna is powered by the proprietary YayEye Engine, offering unique AI-driven content creation capabilities.
TimeKrishna is pioneering a new category in India as the country’s first AI-native social platform planning to go public in 2026. Developed entirely in India by Tech Raid Inc., this AI platform supports 11 languages and allows creators to generate personalized AI content rapidly using its Instant Post Generator, which can create and publish full AI posts within 60 to 90 seconds. In preparation for its IPO, TimeKrishna has strategically shifted its core AI and technology operations to Visakhapatnam (Vizag), aligning with the city’s rise as a digital innovation and startup hub supported by the Andhra Pradesh government’s vision of developing it as a smart city and digital capital. Founder Satvik Gangavarapu highlighted Vizag's role as an ideal location for the next wave of AI-led technology growth in India. The company’s IPO filing is expected in late 2025, with a listing targeted the following year, pending regulatory approvals. The platform integrates AI, social networking, and media creation in one, aiming to revolutionize content generation and social expression in India’s digital ecosystem.
