On November 6, drones from Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate attacked Russia's Sterlitamak petrochemical plant in Bashkortostan, causing a fire in the aviation fuel additive workshop. The plant supplies materials for the Russian military, including ionol and aviation gasoline. This follows a previous strike on November 4 that also inflicted significant damage.

The Ukrainian Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) conducted a drone strike on the Sterlitamak petrochemical plant, a key facility located in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. The plant produces substances vital to the Russian military-industrial complex such as ionol, aviation gasoline, synthetic polymers, and Agidol, an additive used in aviation fuel. The recent attack on November 6 caused a fire in the Agidol workshop, disrupting production. This strike is part of ongoing efforts, as a prior attack on November 4 also damaged one of the plant's workshops significantly. The Sterlitamak plant is strategically important due to its role in supplying the Russian occupation forces with necessary petrochemical products. These drone strikes highlight Ukraine’s targeted operations against critical military supply infrastructure within Russia.
